OUR VISION
Fidelity Claim Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated claims adjusting and investigative firm that was founded in 1989 by Thomas Fuhs based out of Chalfont, Pennsylvania. We specialize in bringing a small business model of handling claims to the larger insurance industry with multiple lines of insurance to include but, not limited to property, casualty, liability and automotive.
The small business model we emphasize is that we are able to provide specific attention to each file from the initial claim contact(s) through to settlement or the completion of the assignment, no matter the size or complexity of the assignment. We are able to respond quickly, effectively and efficiently with our initial and follow-up adjusting/investigative work as well as our initial formal report packages and any required follow-up reports that may be generated through additional investigations.
Combined we provide our clients with over 60 years of claims adjusting and investigation.

Thomas Fuhs, President
Tom graduated from LaSalle College in 1973 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Tom was a partner/co-owner of a third party administer prior to forming Fidelity Claim Services of PA, Inc. in 1989.
Tom has over 30 years experience in multi-line adjustment to include property , casualty, automotive, and liability lines of insurance.

Adam Fuhs, Vice President
Adam, son of Tom, graduated from Delaware Valley College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. Adam has over 16 years experience in multi-line adjustment and investigating to include property, casualty, automotive and liability lines of insurance.
Adam has also obtained a HAAG Residential Roofing Inspector Certification as well as Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifications in Water Remediation Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Fire and Smoke Remediation Technician (FSRT).
Adam is currently working toward his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.

James Lamb
Jim graduated from LaSalle University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Upon graduating, Jim began work as a Patrolman with the Philadelphia Police Department. He was a patrolman for (7) years before joining the Accident Investigation Division (AID) where he earned certifications in accident reconstruction, breath analysis operator and instructor. He further coordinated the DUI program with the Philadelphia Police Department. He was with the AID for (7) years before being promoted to Detective and joining the Auto Squad Unit.
Jim retired from the Philadelphia Police Department in 1997 to work full time for Fidelity Claim Services, Inc.
Jim has over 19 years experience in multi-line adjustment to include property, casualty, automotive and liability lines of insurance.
